Most parcels delivered in Australia are sent via eParcel or Australia Air Express and come with full tracking. We do at times use other couriers, regular, registered or express post where needed.
Our REGISTERED option is not Express Delivery and can take up to 5 working days (or more during busy times) to reach you once it leaves our store. If you require your items quicker, please choose the Express Option during checkout.
International Postage Options

All New Zealand and International orders are posted regular Air Mail with no insurance, so if your parcel goes missing unfortuately we are not liable for it. We will have proof that it was posted and you will be supplied with a customs number but Australia Post are not much help when an international parcel gets lost in transit.
International delivery can take up to 2 weeks depending on location (please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels. The parcel recipient is responsible for any and all such extra charges that are not within our control).
We Post Everyday!
Please allow up to 3 days for you order to be processed and packed, although in most cases, orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri), and all orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next business day.
(Please Note: Orders paid via direct deposit will be dispatched as soon as funds are cleared. This can take up to 3 working days.)
