All orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will leave with the courier the same day.
Goods ordered within Australia should be received within 1-5 working days unless notified otherwise.
Most parcels delivered in Australia are sent via DX Mail/Toll Express and come with tracking. We do at times use other couriers, regular or registered where needed.
Deliveries to PO Boxes CANNOT be sent with the courier and will take us an extra business day to post.

Privacy & Security
At Kawaii Kids we respect your privacy. Your personal details will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold and will only be used to process your order or forward you our newsletters. The online ordering system is through PayPal, Afterpay and ZipPay: all are payment processors at SSL secured and encrypted sites. Any information collected is for the sole purpose of giving you a secure and efficient shopping experience.
Returns & Exchanges
Kawaii Kids strives to provide you with products that are of the highest quality. But if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for a store credit. Items must have original tags attached and be unworn or unused and returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
Contact us before sending any items back: please do not send anything back without any communication prior.
If you have purchased an incorrect size, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or our Horsham store on 0497005450 to see if we can work out an exchange.
Exchanges: Return the items to be exchanged. Please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Returns: Return the items to be refunded. You will be credited for the items (less delivery) as soon as they are received in original condition.
Damaged/Faulty Items: At Kawaii Kids, all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. However, if merchandise is found to be defective, please contact us to discuss your options.
Out of Stock/Back Orders: From time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances, items may be out of stock. Should this happen, you will be contacted immediately to notify you of this. Should this occur, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product or back order your item (where possible).
Please Note: discounted and sale items (including discount code sales) cannot be exchanged unless faulty. Please choose carefully.
In regards to unpaid orders, items will be returned to stock if payment is not made within 3 days.
To place an order at Kawaii Kids, you can do so securely through our website. Simply add the products you would like to buy to your shopping cart and you will be directed to checkout. You can pay with an existing PayPal account, securely with a credit card, direct deposit or collect in store.

We accept PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD (via PayPal), AFTERPAY, ZIPPAY and DIRECT DEPOSIT.
We can also process credit cards in store over the phone as needed --> 0497 005 450.
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
- Gift Vouchers (purchasing and redeeming online/in store)
Gift Vouchers can be purchased in store or online under our Vouchers tab. We can issue vouchers for any value so if you can't see the value you'd like online, please call our store on 04 9700 5450 and we can do it over the phone or email.
Redeeming in Store: simply hand your gift card over and we will apply the value to your order using the unique code on the back. Vouchers can be used in full or in part, are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be redeemed if lost or stolen.
Redeeming Online: put the items in your cart that you'd like to purchase and head through checkout. Simply choose the payment method Gift Vouchers/Credit Note, add a note in the message/comments box with your unique code (found on the back of your card or in your email) and checkout as usual. We will manually add the code to your order, and if you have any outstanding balance owing, we can process this over the phone or via email.
Currently, although our Point of Sale and our Webstore speak to each other, the gift voucher function doesn't flow through as well as it could, hence the extra step in redeeming online.
